Actually, no. The first Iron Man movie was made by Marvel Studios. Hulk was initially bought by Universal Studios, hence why they made the first movie, but they had a deadline for producing a sequel, and the deadline expired, so the film rights reverted back to Marvel.

No the first and second Iron Man was made by Paramount and the first and 2nd Hulk movies were made by Universal and characters played by same actors crossed over.

So I'll ask once again, why isnt Spiderman and Wolverine in the Avengers movie and why am I the only one outraged?
