As for William SHAKE-SPEARE, the pseudonymnous author who wrote the plays, his birthday is April 12.
Celebrating Will Shakspere's birthday is a bit like finding some guy named Mark Twain in the phone book and celebrating his birthday in honor of Samuel Clemens.
